Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Tall Pinze does not currently sell or share personal information as defined under applicable state privacy laws. Confidentiality and Security
The security of your personal information is very important to Tall Pinze. We implement reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures informed by the 2026 CCPA cybersecurity audit requirements, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls and authentication requirements for personnel, regular review and testing of security systems, vendor security assessments, and incident response procedures. While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that triggers notification obligations, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by law.
Children’s Privacy
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information about visitors under 18 years of age. In compliance with Virginia’s social media restrictions for minors (§ 59.1-577.1, effective January 1, 2026) and other applicable youth-focused privacy regulations, we do not operate social media features that require the processing of known minors’ personal information. International Data Transfers
Tall Pinze is based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, including in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, please be aware that your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Tall Pinze LLC is the data controller responsible for your personal information. California residents also have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information and to non-discrimination for exercising their rights. Privacy Notice for Rhode Island Residents
Pursuant to the Rhode Island Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act (RIDPA), effective January 1, 2026, we provide the following disclosures. Categories of personal data collected: identifiers (name, email, phone), professional information, usage data, and cookies/tracking data. Data sales: We do not currently sell personal data or engage in targeted advertising using Rhode Island residents’ personal data.
